Attaining justice for all of those Armenian soldiers and civilians who were--and continue to be--tortured at the hands of the Azeri government and armed forces while in captivity is of paramount importance to all Armenians and humans the world over.
But, justice sought is particularly hallowed and sacred for those poor, suffering, Armenian souls beheaded, mutilated, skinned alive, and tortured during the genocidal aggressions against Artsakh and Armenia in 2020.
